Front to Back: EM1 Richard White EM3 Manley Newton (Best Friend) ? ? EMC Walters Note: The U.S.Navy manned this Icebreaker with 22 Electrician Mates Including Interior Communication Techs. The CG Manned Southwind with nine Electrician Mates which are also responsible for I. C. Systems. Out of the nine, one was a Master Chief and two were Chief Petty Officers.
