Life at the annex was like living in a school dorm or a family with many older brothers. it was sometimes over whelming with all the senior ranks giving you direction and advice. I credit my future civilian career to all the input these shipmates gave me....good, bad or average that helped to direct future decisions in life. Many THANKS TO THEM ALL

I continue to climb the Learning stairs in my chosen rating along with expanding my view of the possibilities available in the future. I am sincerely grateful to my shipmates, those currently here and those that left for new assignments, who have left an impact on me that will always be a memory of my service time here at the Radio Annex.

Over the past year, I have looked at various steps, paths, and directions that offer opportunities within the Coast Guard that will increase my knowledge and provide a future baseline either for a long term career in the service or offer opportunities later in civilian occupations.
