What are you doing now:
I'm currently Senior Vice President for Leadership Development at NewDay USA, a mortgage lending company that markets specifically to military veterans. Â I am responsible for the professional leadership and development training for approximately 600 employees of the company. Â My volunteer work includes: President and National Commander of the NonCommissioned Officers Association (NCOA); Â ordained minister (American Unitarian Conference), serving as a community service chaplain and trauma response ministry; member of the Board of Directors for the National Coast Guard Museum; and chairman of the Board of Trustees for the Northeast Maritime Institute.
